The box felt flimsy when it arrived, which was totally fine, I guess. I’m sure it was doing its best, but it didn’t exactly inspire a ton of confidence.

My parcel ended up arriving late, and the most frustrating part was not getting any updates along the way. I get that delays can happen and it might not always be the seller’s fault, but a quick message or tracking update would’ve made the situation a lot less annoying

It’s a well-known brand, so I felt comfortable going with it. Seems reliable so far.
